In October 2025 Brother announced a new generation of business colour laser devices — the HL-L8430CDW, MFC-L8730CDW and MFC-L8930CDW. They are up to about 25% smaller than their predecessors, with a faster first page out, a 7-inch touchscreen, NFC card reading and secure print.
