Kyocera Document Solutions has announced the ECOSYS MZ3201ix, an A3 multifunction printer that delivers copy, print, scan and optional fax functions in a compact footprint sized for growing businesses. The device ships with Kyocera’s cloud apps built in — Cloud Print and Scan (KCPS), Cloud Connect (KCC) for cloud-storage access and Cloud Information Manager (KCIM) for document capture and search — to streamline hybrid document workflows.
Security is layered throughout, combining FIPS 140-3 encryption, a TPM chip and Secure Boot with AI-based confidential-document detection and secure release printing via PIN or ID authentication. Microsoft Universal Print support and network fault-isolation features round out a machine positioned to give smaller offices enterprise-grade A3 capability without the enterprise footprint. Ergonet is the authorised reseller and service provider for Kyocera, supporting these devices for its customers in Greece.
